The games in Famitsu are reviewed by four people, each of them scores the games on a scale of 1 to 10. Summing these up, they get the final grade. There is a good chance that someone in the review team likes the same kinda games the one under inspection represents. I think it\'s quite a good system :) You might find out if it appeals to someone who normally doesn\'t like the genre, and how a fan of the genre likes it. I\'d like to see the individual scores for the games here...

And Chrissy stole my thoughts there. I never ever let a game go by if it looks interesting to me, but it\'s been given some low/mediocre scores in mags/on websites. Bouncer interests me very much indeed, can\'t wait to take it out for a spin :D

At dailyradar uk they say the japnese mag gave it a perfect 40/40
to there are ways to give the illusion of AA,without having to take cuts in performance, and some developers are are taking advantage of themhowever ,until SOny comes up with a specific and easy ways to implement true AA that dosent take major hits on performance, you probably wont be seeing a huge number of games take advantage of it.

Online just ranked in as one of Famitsu\'s three greatest games of all time.
Before Zelda\'s N64 debut in November of 1998, no game had ever received 40/40 from Japan\'s definitive gaming magazine, Famitsu. Almost a year later, Namco came out with the second title ever to receive this high acclaim, Soul Calibur.

In this week\'s issue of Famitsu, Sonic Team\'s Phantasy Star Online became the pinnacle in multi-player console RPGs with the third 40/40 ever to be awarded by the magazine.

Due to hit Japanese shelves on December 21st, we\'re confident that the Dreamcast\'s latest triple A title will have Japanese gamers drooling nation wide. A US and European release will follow on February 23rd with online and offline gaming available to anyone lucky enough to get their hands on a copy.

You forgot Vagrant Story. Another game that also got the coveted 40/40 review in Famitsu.

Oh, and if you point to this post, no link, and doesn\'t tell me much (like if your post are connected). All I see is, a game got a 40/40. What game? Bouncer?
